Melissa France, of Richmond, has won two tickets to see Emmet Cahill perform his “Christmas in Ireland” concert on Friday, Dec. 13 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Church of the Holy Family on Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach.

Some Virginia Beach City Council members warned city officials recently, during one of their regularly held meetings, that the new traffic pattern at Kempsville Road and Indian River Road is dangerous and confusing.

City staff was asked to review the situation.
