Taraji Henson brings the heat in "Proud Mary," nothing boring
Proud Mary is a stylish movie, with Taraji P. Henson bringing in the heat during the cold winter months.
A good storyline with gangster elements, it gives viewers engaging action scenes. While there is one scene which paused too long to achieve a dramatic effect, the rest of the film is properly edited and flows smoothly.
Danny Glover and Billy Brown are great backups to Taraji's shotgun performance.
There are no boring moments in the film.
Though an excellent movie, it's not a must-see-in-the-theatre event, but a very good choice if you decide to make the trip.
If it had a few more action scenes and was longer than 90 minutes it would have my approval for a trip to the theatres.
That's the review.
