Hopefully, you were able to tell by the trailer that The Happy Time Murders is definitely not for kids; and it may not be for some adults.
I consider it to be a great concept for a movie and I found it quite enjoyable.
It's basically, The Muppets, combined with, Scarface, so you have a lot of cursing, scenes, with guns, and some happy puppets.
The comedy was spread throughout the film, but close to the end, it kind of faded out.
Yet, it had a good plot and I was happy with the overall product.
If you liked any of the Ted movies, then you will find pleasure with this one, also.
That's the review.
